Atlantic Health System is seeking an experienced Manager to support our Perioperative Services at Newton Medical Center. This position is full-time day shift, 7am - 3 pm.
The Peri-operative Nurse Manager assumes leadership responsibility and accountability for managing the delivery of patient care in the OR, PACU, Minor Procedures, Same Day Surgery and Sterile Processing Departments.
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
CNOR Certified preferred
Preferred Criteria Experience as an Assistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, or Team Lead Demonstrated nursing leadership experience
Required Criteria Bachelor's Degree in Nursing At least 5 years of Operating Room RN experience
