Schedule: Flexible work week
100% outpatient
No call
Responsibilities include same-day visits, wellness visits, women's health and geriatrics, chronic disease management and dispensing medications. The practice leans towards Internal Medicine
Requirements:
Certified/ Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills
Hardworking, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
Masters degree required
IN license or eligible
