IU Health Arnett Physicians has an employment opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established team at Monticello Family Medicine located in Monticello, Indiana.  The Monticello Family Medicine team is a fun, patient-centered practice seeking to grow and engage with the community.  

Details:

• Full-time
• Schedule: Flexible work week 
• 100% outpatient
• No call
• Responsibilities include same-day visits, wellness visits, women's health and geriatrics, chronic disease management and dispensing medications.  The practice leans towards Internal Medicine 

Requirements:

• Certified/ Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 
• Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills
• Hardworking, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
• Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
• Masters degree required
• IN license or eligible
• Committed to life long learning and open to change
