RN Per Diem - Cardiac Cath Lab//Medical Imaging Perianesthesia

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for providing competent nursing care in the area of Cardiac Cath Lab/Medical Imaging Perianesthesia and is expected to deliver competent patient care to a full patient assignment. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Children's polices.
The RN will have the opportunity to float in Interventional Radiology, Anesthesia Medical Imaging and Cardiac Cath Lab as staffing allows and at the discretion of the management team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Completion of an accredited nursing program required, BSN preferred. Active California RN license required. Minimum 1 year nursing experience required, pediatric experience preferred. Life Support Certifications required: BLS Heart Code within 30 days of hire or transfer into position, ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 12 months of hire or transfer into position and PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 12 months of hire or transfer into position.

POSITION DETAILS: Per Diem, shift varies

PAY RANGE: $42.65 - $70.38
