BARIATRIC SURGERY-LEWES-CHART REVIEWER
Summary:The Bariatric Chart Reviewer is responsible to the Manager and responsible for chart review and other methods for the collection of data specific to Bariatric Services. Provides internal consulting to those departments involved in tracking, coordinating, and monitoring Bariatric data collection to measure outcomes. Reviews and collects data from medical records and other documents, as required, and compares them against predetermined quality and national indicators to provide staff support for the quality assurance functions.
