Plans, organizes and supervises delivery of care/standards of practice in the procedural departments through staff RN's, OR Technicians, Sterile Processing techs and ancillary staff so as to meet the needs of patients and medical staff on a 24-hour basis. Assumes overall management responsibilities in the absence of the Director. . Responsible for the general management of patient/customer concerns including resolution and service recovery. Identifies opportunities for improvement in patient satisfaction and participates in all customer service activities. Increases communication and awareness across the organization to improve patient satisfaction.
